Yes, we are a BYOB venue! You're welcome to bring your own alcohol. Alcohol is permitted within our space for guests 21+ as long as it is not sold on the premise without the proper documentation. You can also hire a licensed bartender to server spirits on site.
No, a cleaning fee is included in the rental rate and is required for all events. This covers a thorough cleaning of the venue after your celebration to ensure it's ready for the next group.
Yes, you’re welcome to hang decorations as long as they don’t damage the walls. We ask that you use command hooks and that they are properly removed. Feel free to get creative!
For your flexibility, Soiree has no requirements for caters or vendors so long as they meet any legal requirements, such as having appropriate licenses.
We kindly ask that you care for the space like your own and leave it like you found it by taking everything you brought, disposing of any trash, and taking it out to the dumpster. We’ll take care of the rest!
Cancellations made 30 days or more before your rental date are eligible for a 50% refund. Since we reserve your date and often turn away other inquiries, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations within 30 days of your event. This policy also applies to bookings made within that timeframe. Thank you for your understanding!
